east & far east system SIGNAL synchronization

traffic study

GRV collaborated in traffic data collection in support of finding solutions to traffic congestion in far east El Paso, the design of safer walking/biking routes, and re-timing of traffic signals.  This project supported the initiatives of the Plan El Paso documented initiatives, which detail City development goals for the City. Some of the goals included to improve far east driving conditions, as well as to promote pleasant and safe transportation alternatives.  Streets that were analyzed are Yarbrough, Lee Trevino, George Dieter, Pebble Hills, Edgemere, Zaragoza and Montwood Drive.
